Sculling – Private
Sculling – Private
For rowers with personal sculling equipment
The Private Sculling program allows a rower who has paid WRRA private sculling membership fees access to the private sculling bay for storage of his/her personal sculling equipment. Rowers are responsible for paying annual private boat rack fees directly to the Cleveland Rowing Foundation. The Private Sculling program does not grant use of WRRA sculling equipment.
A Private Sculling participant must be certified as an Independent Sculler by the WRRA sculling committee and have passed the SQL1 test before using any personal rowing equipment without an accompanying coach or fellow independent rower on the Cuyahoga River.
2013 Private Sculling package with WRRA basic membership & annual facility assessment: $275
Private Sculling fees only, (for rowers in other programs who have paid WRRA general membership & annual facility assessment): $0, but must register via Activenet
Note: Taxes (7.75%) and processing fees ($1.25 + 2.99%) will add an additional ~ 11% to the total charge.
Cold water restrictions apply between December 1 and April 15 of each calendar year. For details, refer to the Cleveland Rowing Foundation Safety Manual (SaM).
