Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings with the a launch time between 6:00pm - 6:15pm(to be finalized). There will be 18 rowers per night placed in two teams by the coach.

You must be available for any of the three nights to participate in this program. Pre-formed teams will not be allowed, and due to limited coaching, we unfortunately cannot accommodate novices for Fall rowing this year. Once you are placed on a night, that will be your session for the full 6 weeks of Fall Rowing.
