HOTC Preparation Program

A. All teams must be registered to compete in the September 27, 2025 Head of the Cuyahoga Regatta.

B. HOTC registration must be completed through Heidi Lamb, WRRA Program Director (programdirector@westernreserverowing.com), or teams may register independently and share a copy of their registration with Heidi.

C. Program Dates:

• Sunday, August 24
• Sunday, September 7
• Sunday, September 14
• Sunday, September 21

D. Time: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM

E. Registration is capped at 8 teams — first come, first served.

F. Program Cost: $100 per person ($40 if already registered for General Sweeps or Sculling).

G. Teams are responsible for securing and paying their own coxswain ($30).
